Objective

The Fund seeks to opportunistically acquire a portfolio of primarily late stage, venture-backed technology companies with an anticipated near-to-medium-term liquidity event.

Investor commitment amount includes all signed investor subscriptions through fund inception through closing date (6/30/2023).
