GAIM relies upon the investment adviser registration of Endowment Wealth Management, Inc. (“EWM”) pursuant to applicable SEC no-action guidance, including certain no-action letters issued to the American Bar Association. GAIM’s investment advisory activities are conducted under EWM’s registration and are subject to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), and the rules thereunder, including examination by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). EWM and its representatives are required to comply with applicable federal and state registration, notice-filing, and regulatory requirements.
EWM is registered as an investment adviser with the SEC. Registration with the SEC does not imply any particular level of skill or training and should not be understood as an endorsement of EWM, GAIM, or any investment strategy, private fund, product, or service.

The terms governing any investment in a private fund sponsored, advised, or managed by GAIM (each, a “Fund”) are set forth in the applicable Offering Documents and other executed agreements (collectively, the “Governing Documents”). GAIM does not currently offer separately managed accounts or other private-account advisory services.
Prospective investors must carefully review all applicable Governing Documents before making an investment decision. Each investor in a Fund managed by GAIM must be an “accredited investor” as defined under applicable federal securities laws. Depending upon the Fund and its Governing Documents, an investor may also be required to qualify as a “qualified client,” a “qualified purchaser,” or to satisfy other Fund-specific eligibility requirements. Any investment will be accepted only pursuant to the applicable Governing Documents and subject to all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any such offer or solicitation may be made only through the applicable Offering Documents, only by authorized persons, and only in jurisdictions where permitted by law. 19. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver for Website-Related Disputes
Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating solely to the Website, Website content, or these Terms and Conditions shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be resolved by final and binding arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitration shall be seated in Outagamie County, Wisconsin, and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of the parties; if the parties cannot agree, either party may request appointment of the arbitrator by a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to the terms of this Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating solely to the Website, Website content, or these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the dispute between GAIM and you individually. (i) No such proceeding shall be joined with any other proceeding; (ii) there is no right or authority for any such dispute to be brought, maintained, or resolved on a class-action, collective-action, or consolidated basis or through class-action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any such dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other person. You agree that you may bring claims against GAIM concerning the Website, Website content, or these Terms and Conditions only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. This Class Action Waiver does not apply to disputes concerning an investment in any Fund or rights or obligations arising under any Governing Document, and it does not waive or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal or state securities laws.
20. No Waiver; Severability
A waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of any other provision or a continuing waiver of the same provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21. Changes to the Website and Terms
GAIM may revise these Terms and Conditions by posting an updated version on the Website. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website. Website information may change without notice.
22. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, by operation of law or otherwise, without GAIM’s prior written consent. Any prohibited assignment is void.
